Join us at the Center for a delicious French meal, perfect for the cooler December weather. Christophe will begin this class by preparing his favorite winter dish, Boeuf Bourguignon with Creamy Mashed Potatoes. While his tasty stew simmers on the stove, Kuang-Ping will teach us how to make Tarte au Citron (lemon tart) for dessert. C'est bon!
