A Taiwanese New Year’s Feast

Join Ivy to bring wealth, health and prosperity to your home during the Lunar New Year season. Ivy will share some of her favorite traditional Taiwanese dishes that when served together become part of a Lunar New Year's Feast. Not only will she teach you how to make these tasty local dishes, she will also explain why you would want to serve them on your New Year's dinner table. On the menu are a Seafood and Tofu Soup with Shrimp, Clams and Squid (dòufu hǎixiān gēng), Baked Spiced Pork (xián zhūròu), Mustard Greens (also known as the longevity vegetable) with Enoki Mushrooms, Egg and Goji Berries (chángnián cài) and Steamed Prosperous Cake (fāgāo) made with rice and cake flour.
