Mexican Cooking: Sopes and Gorditas with Refried Beans and Two Salsas

Bored with the usual weekday meals? Then how about adding some tasty Mexican dishes to your repertoire? Sopes and Gorditas are traditional dishes which Judith will show you how to prepare. They are both made from corn dough, so are a variation of the tortilla, and they are served with different garnishes. This time you'll also learn how to make two colourful sauces: a green mild salsa and a red spicy salsa, along with the famous refried beans.
