Vegetarian Indian Cooking: Kachori, Vegetable Masala and Shahi Tukda

To expand your vegetarian meal options, join Vaishali for another tasty Indian cooking class with lots of useful cooking tips. On the menu this time are Kachori (a deep fried snack with mung beans) and tamarind chutney to start; Vegetable Butter Masala served with wholewheat roti as the main course; and Shahi Tukda (toast with sweet milk and nuts) for dessert.
