Festive French Fare

It's the start of the festive season, so why not join Christophe and Kuang-Ping for some festive French fare. Beef Wellington is at the center of this meal accompanied by a red wine sauce, Gratin Dauphinoise and seasonal greens. If that isn't mouthwatering enough, you will also learn how to prepare a Cointreau and Orange Souffle for dessert. You are guaranteed to leave feeling pleasantly full and ready to wow your family and friends.
