In this blended (online or in person) Yoga for Wellness class, we will explore our body-mind-spirit connections with the five elements of nature: Earth, Metal, Water, Wood, and Fire. Each week, we will explore an element, its characteristics, energies and corresponding organs and meridians through vinyasa flow and breath practice. This course is suitable for all levels and options and modifications will be given during the sessions. This class will meet online via Zoom or in person at Mala's Shala across from Zhishan MRT exit 1. You will need a yoga mat, water bottle, small and large towel. Yoga blocks are helpful and can be borrowed from Mala. If you choose to attend online, Malabika will provide instructions on how to join each session.
