This semester, join Asma for a delicious Pakistani brunch menu. In this class she will prepare Channa Masala (chickpeas cooked with onions, tomatoes and spices); Spicy Aloo (potatoes cooked with blended spices and tempered with curry leaves and mustard seeds); Peshawari Karahi (boneless chicken cooked in a wok with onion, tomatoes, spices and garnished with coriander); and for dessert, Sooji Ka Halwa (semolina flour roasted in ghee and cooked with sugar). These tasty dishes will be served with locally-available roti paratha bread.
