Join Ivy for a tasty vegetarian rendition of some popular Chinese/Taiwanese dishes. In this class she will demonstrate Vegetarian Moo Shu (Muxu) "Pork," prepared with vegetables and served with pancake wrappers; Lettuce Wraps with Vegetables and Pine Nuts; and Tofu "Noodle" Salad, made with shredded tofu and vegetables. Healthy, delicious and satisfying.
