Join Asma in this health-focused cooking class to learn how to prepare whole foods in ways to bring out their amazing flavors. The recipes are based on the concept of wholesome food (90% plant 10% meat) to help digestion and the absorption of nutrients; reduce inflammation in the body; lower the risk of chronic diseases and promote overall well-being. The menu for this class includes: Lemon Paprika Vegetables, Royal Fattoush Salad, Ras el Hanout Spiced Chicken and Herbal Detox Tea.
