Everyone knows that rice is a staple of the Asian diet. However, there are hundreds of different ways to use rice apart from boiling or frying it. Today Ivy will show you how to make Rice Dumplings with Pork and Bamboo Shoots which she will serve in a soup. You'll also prepare Stir-fried Rice Vermicelli with Pork and Cabbage and find out how to make Taiwan style Mochi with ground peanuts and sesame seeds. This is your chance to learn different ways of using rice, both sweet and savory.
