This time Vaishali will have you making vegetable patties with tomato chutney, Dal Fry (mixed lentil curry) with Puri (wholewheat deep fried bread) and Masala Eggplant. For those of you with a sweet tooth, don't worry, she will finish with Jalebi (deep fried plain flour) for dessert. You are guaranteed to have a tasty, filling lunch today.
