The Taiwanese love to eat out at restaurants or in the night markets. However, there are also some very tasty home-cooked meals to be found. Today Ivy will show you how to prepare Braised Pork with Egg and Bean Curd, Hakka Stir Fry and Beef and Water Spinach. These dishes use local ingredients that are easy to find, so it makes sense to try them out while you're here.
