For this cooking class Christophe and Kuang-Ping will take us on a virtual trip to the French city of Nice to enjoy two famous dishes from this region: Salade Niçoise and Pissaladière Niçoise, a delicious and fragrant bread made with olive oil, onion, anchovies, black olives and thyme. Together these dishes make a substantial lunch or light summer supper. White wine anyone?
