French Cooking: Soup and Soufflés

In this class Christophe and Kuang-Ping will introduce you to three quintessentially French recipes that are easier to make than you might think. On the menu for this delicious class are Traditional French Onion Soup and two delicious soufflés; Cheese Soufflé as the main course and Chocolate Soufflé for dessert. C'est bon!
