Danish Desserts: Lemon Mousse and Cinnamon Twist

This event has only 8 space(s) left. If you continue and register more than 8 people (including yourself ), the whole group will be wait listed. Or, you can reduce the number of people you are registering to 8 to avoid being put on the waiting list.

Which would you rather have, a light, lemony mousse or a freshly-baked cinnamon twist filled with vanilla cream? Thankfully today you don't have to choose, you can make both! Citron Fromage is a very popular Danish dessert. This lemon mousse is deliciously light and slightly zingy, so very refreshing on a hot, sunny day. Kanelstang is often served with breakfast or late morning coffee in Denmark. It's a very light cinnamon twist with freshly made vanilla cream (similar to pastry cream) inside and sprinkled with almonds or hazelnuts. So, come and learn some new treats to spoil yourself.
