It's dumpling making time at the Center! Every year Ivy offers us one of her fun, hands-on dumpling making classes. Don't miss your chance to join. In this class Ivy will make Steamed Dumplings with two different fillings: Pork with Cabbage and a Vegetarian Dumpling filled with yummy seasonal vegetables. In addition to our steamed dumplings, Ivy will also make Spring Onion Pancakes with Egg and Basil, a favorite Taiwanese snack, and Aiyu Jelly with Lemon and Sugar Syrup for dessert.
