Join Christophe and Kuang-Ping for a lovely summer's meal, incorporating the flavors of France, Spain and Italy. On the menu are a refreshing Gazpacho Soup (tomato-based); Poached Fillet of Salmon and Potato Salad with Basil Mayonnaise; and a delicious Mango Panna Cotta for dessert.
