The secret to a healthy body is joint mobility and not muscle flexibility or strength. The ability of our joints to move freely keeps the body flexible and pain free. This program will teach you basic joint mobility exercises that you can do daily to improve your health. It is suitable for all fitness levels, but especially beneficial for people who may not be exercising enough due to body pain or other physical limitations. The instructor will help participants to adapt the various exercises to their needs. Wear loose comfortable clothing to class.
