Start the fall season calm, centered and focused by joining certified meditation coach, Jessica Kay Lee, in an introductory, fortnightly, mindfulness course where she shares the psychology and practice of staying in the present through easy meditations, contemplative journaling, and supported group discussions. Benefits of mindfulness in our modern lives include decreased stress and anxiety, greater self-awareness, improved sleep quality, positive mindset, enhanced productivity and better relationships with others and oneself.
Class dates are once every two weeks: Oct 3, 17, 31 and Nov 14.
