Let's take a wonderful journey today! Starting at a beautiful natural location, Juansi Fall Trail, we'll enjoy a meditative walk where we can connect to the mountain, the land and experience forest healing. When we reach Qingtiangang Grassland, we will enjoy an expansive view and practice breathwork and yoga. Then we will stroll over to a mountain farm for a delicious vegetarian lunch that is both nourishing and detoxing. All ingredients are made from basic seasonings of the finest quality and the vegetables are mainly seasonal and grown on the farm. After lunch, we'll have some free time to explore the farm and you can pick your own herbs to make tea. Then we'll have another integrative movement session to rejuvenate ourselves and connect to the feelings and vitality of our bodies.
