The Craft of Chinese Knotting

This event has only 2 space(s) left. If you continue and register more than 2 people (including yourself ), the whole group will be wait listed. Or, you can reduce the number of people you are registering to 2 to avoid being put on the waiting list.

The art of Chinese knotting is thousands of years old and was passed down from generation to generation of Chinese women. It is highly decorative and used to adorn clothes, jewelry and furniture. The knots, when combined with beautiful beads, create jewelry and home decorations that are surprisingly up-to-date for such an ancient craft. Join Nancy in this three-session class to learn three different types of knots and make your own string and porcelain bead necklaces, plus one adornment. Keep the items you make or turn them into Christmas gifts for your family or friends. All materials included.
