Indian food is always a favorite at the Center so we are very happy to welcome Vaishali, who will teach us how to prepare a delcious Indian meal. On the menu are some restaurant favorites: Chickpea Salad to start; Butter Chicken with Rice as our main course; and, Coconut Ladoo for dessert.
