In this Indian vegetarian cooking class Vaishali will teach you how to prepare Samosas with Coriander Chutney for our appetizer; Mushroom Curry and Puri as our main course; and Carrot Halwa for dessert. For anyone who is not a vegetarian Vaishali's mushroom curry recipe can also be used for chicken, fish or lamb.
