According to the Center's resident chef, Ivy Chen, Dumplings and Hot & Sour Soup are soul mates. Served together they make for a delicious winter meal. Join Ivy for this hands-on class to learn how to prepare her famous homemade Hot and Sour Soup; delicious Boiled Chicken and Sweet Corn Shuǐjiǎo (dumplings); and, Jiǔcài Hézi (half-moon shaped, pan-fried Chinese Chive "boxes" or pockets). This flavor-filled menu will impress your family and have them begging you to take more Center cooking classes!
