|Do you know that we have 57 face muscles that we can exercise and tone, just like body muscles? Welcome to Face Yoga! Face Yoga strategically exercises specific face muscles, making them stronger and more resilient to gravity.The improved oxygen and blood circulation brighten the face, relaxes our face and mind, and even our outlook. We all tend to hold our stress on our faces, without even knowing it (frowning, furrowing, gritting). When we let go of this facial tension, it is easier to let go of the tension in our minds. By breaking bad facial habits, Face Yoga can enhance facial expressions, a vital component of non-verbal communications. This interactive three-hour workshop will cover: face check/visualization (past, present, future); face muscles overview and facial expressions from an anthropological perspective; and, introduce several quick and effective Face Yoga poses you can use for life.|
