At least once every year, Ivy shares some of her very popular Chinese dumpling (jiǎozi) recipes at the Center. This semester join her for this fun hands-on class where she will demonstrate two different types of dumplings. On the menu are Pan-fried Pork with Cabbage Dumplings (guōtiē or pot stickers) and Steamed Dumplings with Shrimp and Jicama (zhēng jiǎo). Both will be served with her favorite dipping sauces. With Ivy as your cooking guide you will be well on your way to making these tasty local treats for your family at home. Hăo chī!
