In addition to the famous dragon boat races, preparing and eating delicious rice treats wrapped and steamed in bamboo leave (zongzi) is a Chinese and Taiwanese tradition based upon several ancient legends. Join Ivy for this fun, hands-on class and learn how to make flavorful, vegetarian zongzi that both you and your family will enjoy. Ivy will also prepare two tasty seasonal vegetables to enjoy with our traditional snack.
