Ivy's stir fry classes are always popular at the Center. They offer you the chance to learn some tasty but easy to prepare meals for your family using readily available local ingredients. In this class Ivy will demonstrate Stir-Fried Rice Noodles with Vegetables (炒米苔目), Eggplant with Garlic and Soy Sauce (涼拌蒜香茄子), and Steamed Fish with Cordia Tree Seeds (樹子蒸魚). If you've taken some of Ivy's classes before, you may remember these flavorful tiny morsels, which are somewhat similar to olives in taste. If you haven't tried these before, you are in for a treat. This course would be fun for older kids and teens (16 and older may attend on their own; 10-15 require an adult to accompany them in the class).
