Join Asma for a tasty Pakistani Snacks class, which can also serve as a light summer lunch or dinner. Asma will prepare Aloo Choley (a mix of chickpeas and garbanzo beans with potatoes, seasoned with roasted cumin and coriander seeds, served with tamarind chutney); Corn Chaat (sweet corn seasoned with chaat masala served with a mint and tamarind chutney); Chicken Tikka Roll (smoked chicken seasoned with tikka masala wrapped in paratha or roti); plus, a refreshing Lassi (a salty or sweet yogurt drink). This course would be fun for older kids and teens (16 and older may attend on their own; 10-15 require an adult to accompany them in the class).
