NEW TIME AND LOCATION!
During each 60-minute session, we will explore and expand the breath through traditional yogic techniques. A better awareness of breathing mechanisms and lung capacity is all the more essential during the hot season. You will feel both refreshed and energized. The second part of each session will be a guided meditation, accompanied by the sound of metal singing bowls as tools to help with concentration. This part will give you a sense of enhanced calmness, focus and awareness of the senses. Please bring a water bottle and and a mat and/or cushion to sit/lie comfortably. THIS CLASS MEETS AT 8:30AM AT THE CENTER.
