In this class, Dr. Dustin Wu, a long time practitioner of Chinese Medicine, will talk about how to maintain a healthy respiratory system and balance your immune system. Learn how Chinese medicine uses a variety of methods, including acupressure, beating meridians, natural foods, oils and Qi Gong exercises to support and improve your health. Dr. Wu will demonstrate some simple techniques that you and your family can practice at home.
