Vegetarian cooking is always a favorite at the Center, and by popular request, Ivy will prepare the dishes in this class gluten-free as well. Ivy will share her favorite sauces that you can substitute for ones containing wheat in all of your Chinese cooking. On the menu will be Fried Rice Noodles with Vegetables, Gongbao Mushrooms, Tofu Skin Rolls with Vegetables, and of course, a tasty Seasonal Vegetable.
