Last semester's healthy steamer class was so popular that Ivy returns this semester with another great selection of easy dishes that you can prepare at home using your bamboo steamer. We will enjoy Steamed Eggplant with Soy Sauce Dressing, Shiitake Mushrooms Stuffed with Shrimp, and Thinly Sliced Pork Rolls Stuffed with Seasonal Vegetables.
