The key to many a tasty Chinese or Taiwanese dish is in the sauce. In this class Ivy will share some of her special sauce recipes and demonstrate how to use them in a variety of dishes: Sesame Sauce with Cold Dan Dan Noodles; Red Chili Oil with Wontons; and, Sweet and Sour Sauce (no ketchup in this class!) with Pork Tenderloin. Yummy!!
