May coffee morning: A Brief overview of Taiwan’s complicated and fascinating history.
At the Centers May coffee morning, you will meet Jordan Brown, an Upper School history teacher at Taipei American School who will enlighten us about Taiwan’s various twists and turns over the centuries so that we can understand how Taiwan has become the amazing, unique place it is today. From 17th century pirates to leading the fight against the spread of Covid-19, Taiwan has a fascinating history worth celebrating.
