Yin-yang yoga combines a flow of postures to build strength and mobility as well as targets fascia in longer holds. This course is suitable for newer and regular practitioners. Those rehabilitating from injury or experiencing physical and mental disharmony should contact the instructor prior to registration to discuss compatibility.
